The product is terrific. It is exactly the type of charger that I needed to maintain my battery charge during multiple overcast days because it can remain plugged in without harming my LiFePo battery. However, victron technical support is horrible for the inexperienced user. There is no number to call for a simple question. Email réponses typical take over a day because of time zone differences. And answers have proven to be what they think you are asking as opposed to the actual question you asked.
