Shipping & Handling Times:

Handling Times

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 Business Days of an order being placed (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has left our warehouse. This email will also contain the necessary information needed to track your package.

Shipping Times

After your item leaves our warehouse expect it to arrive in 3-4 Business Days. This brings the average total shipping and handling time to 4-7 Business Days.

Please note that if your order is very large and sent via freight your order can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered once it is shipped. If the item has an irregular delivery time it will be mentioned on the items product page within the "Shipping & Handling" tab. If there is an issue with your order (back-ordered, shipping delays, address issues, lost package) we will reach out to you as quickly as possible to ensure the issue is rectified in a timely manner.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you wish to make a change to your shipping address or cancel an order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. To maintain our fast shipping times, we begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.

You can reach out to us during business hours (Mondayโ€“Friday, 9amโ€“5pm EST) via live chat on our website or by emailing support@offgridstores.com. After business hours, email is the best way to reach us. In either case, please include your order number, which starts with #OGS followed by 5 digits.

We check our inbox before processing orders, including after hours, so timely emails are still reviewed. However, if more than 1 hour has passed since your order was placed, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made.

Even if your order has not yet received a tracking number, it may already be in the queue to ship from our warehouse. At that point, it cannot be changed or canceledโ€”but youโ€™ll still be able to return the item once it arrives.

Order Accuracy & Pricing Errors

We strive to ensure all product and bundle pricing on our website is accurate. However, if a pricing error occurs due to a technical or human mistake, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. This includes situations where a product or bundle is accidentally listed at a significantly lower price than intended. If your order is affected, our team will reach out to you promptly.

Shipping Costs & Locations:

Domestic Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous United States on all items within our store. This means whether you live in California or Florida, the shipping will be free.

Shipping Locations & Exclusions

We currently only ship our products to customers who reside in the 48 contiguous United States.

This means weย do notย currently ship to customers located in:

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. protectorates, or any country outside the United States

We alsoย do notย ship domestically to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Order Status & Tracking:

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive confirmation from us via email.

This email will include the tracking numberย associatedย with your order which you can use to check your order status. Please allow 1-3 business days for the tracking information to become available.

You can also check the status of your order in real time on our website with ourย Track My Orderย page. Simply click the link, fill in the necessary information, and click "Track".

If you havenโ€™t received your order and the tracking number says it was delivered please contact us immediately at support@offgridstores.com with your name and order number and we will get to the bottom of it as quickly as possible.

Damaged Items And Returns

We accept returns for items unused and in their original condition and packaging up to 30 days after delivery. If a specific item has a different return policy, it will be displayed on the product page under the "Return & Refunds" tab under the itemโ€™s description.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us at support@offgridstores.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the itemโ€™s condition. To read more about our return policy don't hesitate to check out our fullย Return Policyย page.
