Yes. Each Pro 12V inverter with Bluetooth comes with DIY AC terminals that can deliver full-rated power. You can hardwire a power strip or an electrical panel to run more appliances than AC outlets would allow.

What's the peak wattage for the 1000-watt unit?

Renogy Pro battery inverter has 2x surge capacity to start AC and other heavy-duty appliances. The peak wattage is 2kW@150ms for the 1kW model, 4kW@150ms for the 2kW model, and 6kW@150ms for the 3kW model.

Can I use this inverter to charge my batteries?

No. Renogy 12V DC to 120V AC pure sine wave inverter only converts DC power to AC power. To charge your batteries, consider Renogy Pure Sine Wave Inverter Charger, which is available in 12V 1000W and 12V 2000W options.

Is the 1000-watt an inverter, a converter, or both?

The Renogy 1000W is an inverter. It takes DC power from your battery and transforms it into the AC power your home appliances need. It's a common mix-up, but here's the simple rule: inverters convert DC to AC, and converters usually do the opposite.

My AC has a running load of 800 watts and a surge up to 1000 watts. Could I get by on the 1000 watt model or would i need the 2000-watt model?

With 2x surge power capacity, Renogy Pro Pure Sine Wave Inverter can start and run a 12000 BTU AC. To ensure smooth operation, please contact our customer support and provide more details of your AC. Our customer support team is happy to help you out.

Why does my 1000-watt unit constantly beep with a small load (TV) connected? It runs the TV, but there is a constant beeping.

We advise you to connect a light bulb to your inverter for a quick test. Use an accurate voltmeter to measure the DC terminals while the inverter is under load. If the voltage is 12V or higher, then please contact Renogy support team for further assistance. If the light bulb test passes, you may have a faulty power adapter for the TV that causes heavy distortion/surges back to the inverter.

Can I use the Bluetooth Module to monitor this inverter from my phone? Which Bluetooth Module should I buy?

Why do my electrical appliances trip?
