Frequently Asked Questions

How long can it run on battery power?

Compatible with ICECO 250Wh magnetic battery, the runtime is approximately 10.5 hours. The test conditions: ambient temp: 69°F, set-temp: 32°F, run under half load.

Can the fridge run when tilted or placed on uneven ground?

Yes. Equipped with a top-tier compressor, this fridge features excellent shock resistance and stable performance even when tilted. It works reliably on bumpy roads and uneven campsites.

What are the application scenarios of this portable freezer?

Featuring a compact design and reliable cooling performance, the GOPACK12 is ideal for golf, picnics, and short family camping trips, tailgating, keeping drinks, snacks, and food fresh on the go.

Is the GOPACK12 outer cover removable?

Yes. The GOPACK12 features a removable TPU outer cover that zips onto the fridge body. If the cover gets dirty, worn, or damaged after extended outdoor use, you can simply unzip and remove it for cleaning or maintenance. If replacement covers become available in the future, you’ll also be able to swap in a new one—or even choose a different color to give your GOPACK12 a fresh look.

What’s the white foam I see when I unzip the outer cover?

That’s the fridge’s insulation, and it’s a normal part of the fridge body. It helps keep the cold in and outside heat out, so your GOPACK12 can stay cool and run efficiently. There’s no need to touch or remove the insulation during normal use.

Can I use the space behind the zipper for storage?

No. The area behind the zipper is not a storage compartment. It contains the fridge’s insulation and should stay zipped closed during everyday use. Please don’t pull, tear, pick at, or remove the insulation material.
