Can I charge the B70 battery without the AC180T or multicooler?

Currently, no. But we're working on a stand-alone battery charger.

Is the MultiCooler waterproof?

The MultiCooler is IPX4 rated for protection against splashes from all directions.

Can I take out the B70 battery when MultiCooler is connected to a power source?

Yes, but the MultiCooler can only be used with a solar panel if there is a battery inside it.

Does MultiCooler work with a solar panel without B70 battery?

No. The MultiCooler accepts solar charging ONLY with B70 battery inserted.

How much water is needed to make ice?

0.2oz to 34.1oz (300ml to 1,000ml).

How does the self-cleaning mode work?

It uses a continuous water flow for thorough self-cleaning, ensuring pure and fresh ice while preventing bacteria buildup.

How the MultiCooler connect to the app?

Via Bluetooth.

How does the ice cube come off? What if it doesn't?

After making ice, the MultiCooler will automatically de-ice. If the ice cube does not come off, run the de-icing process again.

Power consumption for MultiCooler in ECO mode?

0.18kWh per day.

How does the anti-tilt protection work?

It's a safety mechanism to protect the compressor. Tilt > 45°: Shuts down to protect the compressor. 30° ≤ Tilt < 35°: Resumes normal operation. 35° ≤ Tilt < 45°: Maintains the previous state, run or shut down.

Which compressor does MultiCooler use?

We use Huayi compressors, which have been extensively used by leading commercial refrigeration and domestic refrigerator companies over years.
