Yes, you can use Jackery power stations while they're charging! This feature is called pass-through charging. It allows you to power your devices while simultaneously recharging the Jackery unit. This is especially useful during longer power outages or extended outdoor trips

Can I charge the Explorer 2000v2 in my car?

Yes, you can charge the Explorer 2000 v2 using a 12V car charging cable.

Is the Explorer 2000 v2 expandable?

No, the Explorer 2000 v2 is not expandable. If you need an expandable option, consider the Solar Generator 2000 Plus, which offers expandable battery options.

How to Charge the device via AC Wall Outlet?

What is emergency charging mode?

Under this mode, you can rapidly power up the portable power station using the AC charging method. This emergency charge function can be activated or deactivated through the Jackery app. When in emergency charging mode, the circular light indicating the state of charge (SOC) will blink at an increased pace

What is the recommanded temperature of this product?

The recommended charging temperature for the product is between 0°C to 45°C (32°F to 113°F), and the discharging temperature is between -10°C to 45°C (14°F to 113°F). Operating the product outside this temperature range may restrict its charging and discharging capabilities, or even render it unable to charge or discharge.

Why the solar can not produce 200W power when charging to Jackery power station?

As you know , the solar panels are affected by many factors. such as the intensity of the light and the angle of the panel put on the ground. 200W is tested in an ideal laboratory. However, the intensity of the light constantly changes. In addition, the angle of the light illuminating the solar panel also changes with the rotation of the sun. Please try test your solar panel under the full sunlight to see, and make sure there is no shadow cast on the panel.

Is the solar panel waterproof?

It is rated as IP68 water-resistant, offering protection against water splashes (Please avoid exposing it to heavy rain or submerging it in water). The pocket's zippers are designed to secure power cords and cover the power port.

How to clean the solar panel surface?

We mentioned this point in the manual. Please use a soft cloth to remove the dust and dirt on the surface. Use a damp cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module to remove any remaining dust or dirt. Any guano or other adhesive should be removed as soon as possible from the solar surface to avoid a reduction in performance.
