Fast shipping. Better than expected and great service!
Unit was received properly packaged and in a timely manner. Off the Grid Stores customer service Q&A
response was of excellent service.
I had previously purchased the Jackery 3000 to keep my refrigerator running during shorter power outages and after seeing the use of the 5000 I was impressed. So I started building out my indoor solar powered generator system. I watch City prepping on YouTube and Chris has demonstrated the Jackery 5000 system and I was impressed. Still need to add another 2 5000 expansion batteries to round out my system. Working fantastic.
