What can this panel charge?

This solar charger is designed for compatibility with low-power electronic devices, such as mobile phones and tablets.

Why is my solar panel not producing as much as expected?

Several factors may be impacting the performance of your solar panel. Typically, indirect sunlight, temperature rise, cloudy sky, and dirt and stain build up on the top glass lead to a reduced power output. Since this is a portable suitcase, you may try to move it in place or adjust the kickstands' angles to get better sunshine. The ideal output of this system is around 500 Watt-hours per day (Calculated based on 100Wx5h expected sunlight availability).

How many devices can I charge at the same time?

With double fast charging ports USB C(PD3.0,20W Max) and USB A(QC3.0,18W Max), you can simultaneously charge two devices efficiently.

Can the solar panel generate power if its next to a window?

Yes, but we don't recommend it. The output may be low due to weak sunlight. For best results, keep the solar panel outdoors.
