What should I do when using a solar charger to charge Anker SOLIX F3800?

The solar input supports an 11-60V solar charger with an XT-60 connector. If you use an 11-32V solar charger, the current supports 10A max. When you use a 32-60V solar charger, the current supports 25A max.

Why is the power station not working after it hasn't been used for a long time?

If the power station is stored at a low capacity for a long time, lithium batteries will self-consume power which may lead to a quick discharge. This leads to poor conductivity and a reduced battery lifespan, resulting in poor battery performance.

How should I store and maintain the power station?

To store your portable power station, make sure you have: 1. Turned off all outputs. 2. Store it in a cool and dry place. 3. Check the battery capacity each week. If it's below 30%, fully charge. 4. Charge the power station to 100% every 3 months.

In UPS mode, does the 240V ports work?

In UPS mode, only the three 120V ports labeled "UPS" are operational; the 240V ports do not function.

How do I charge my electric vehicle?

Double-press the 240V power switch to activate EV mode charging, then you can recharge your EV.

What shoud I do when using Anker SOLIX F3800 to power a transfer switch?

Check and ensure the neutral (N) and ground (PE) wires of the inlet box or transfer switch is properly connected. Connect Anker SOLIX F3800 with the transfer switch via the L14-30/14-50 port, then turn on the AC. Beware that missing neutral (N) and ground wires may cause appliances damaged on the circuit.
