This was a good length for allowing me to put the solar panels outside and leave my unit in the garage. If money doesn't matter, would be good to get a much longer one in case you are chasing the sun.
The large unit is really heavy...no joke. Was difficult for me to get it where I wanted it. Thank goodness it has wheels. It charged quickly with an outlet. Very slow with the panels.
This is good for extra battery storage. Note that this one alone does not have the capability to be used alone as it doesn't have a place for an extension cord. I believe they sell those if you want a smaller unit. Each unit can be connected to the next.
These can be heavy for some people. Drag the box where you will put it. Put the box on its side and pull it out. That will make it easier.
I liked the ease in which the panels closed and could be easily carried. It was a little tricky using the stands by myself. Better with two people but I got it done. I recommend a long cord so you could keep your unit(s) in the garage and just have the solar panels outside.
