First, I was surprised when OffGrid’s website said the cable was in stock. This cable has been out-of-stock on EcoFlow’s webstore for 6-8 months. I thought perhaps OffGrid was claiming stock just to lock up a sale. Unfortunately, my fears were reinforced when my shipment was lost! Surprisingly, OffGrid came through with a replacement cable after a courteous e-mail interchange. Though it took some time, OffGrid came through in the end and made everything good.
