How to use the solar connector crimper tool to complete solar cable?

The female metal work is great bigger than the male metalwork, it should match the male connector, and vice versa.

  • Step A: Confirm which connector should the bare end put in. If the other end is a male connector, the bare end should put in the female connector, vice versa.
  • Step B: (Take BougeRV's solar cable as an example) Lead the red cable through the base, strain relief and the compression sleeve, then crimp the red cable's bare end into the female metalwork, put in the male connector.
  • Step C: (Take BougeRV's solar cable as an example) Lead the black cable through the base, strain relief and the compression sleeve, then crimp the red cable's bare end into the male metalwork, put in the female connector.
