●The initial state of the batteries should be the same. It is generally recommended to fully charge the batteries separately. Then the batteries are left to stand for half an hour. After the difference in the open circuit voltage between the batteries is less than 0.1V, the batteries are connected in series or in parallel or in series-parallel. At the same time, the batteries are connected in series or in parallel or in series-parallel for 24 hours, then the battery pack is connected to the system; ●The time interval between the old and new batteries in series or in parallel or in series-parallel should not exceed six months. ●It is recommended that the wiring cables between series or parallel or series-parallel batteries are wired according to the content of the battery product manual.

I accidentally over-discharged the battery, resulting in the battery under-voltage protection. What kind of charger should I use to charge the battery?

●Remove all the wiring cables on the battery; ●Use the charger that matches the battery and has a lithium activation function to activate and charge the battery for more than 24 hours at the ambient temperature of above 41°F (below 131°F), and when the terminal voltage of the battery is restored to above 12.6V, then the battery will be charged normally.

How do I store the battery?

Please follow the tips below to ensure that the battery is stored in a good condition: ●Charge the battery to 30%-50%; ●Disconnect the battery from the system; ●Store the battery in a well-ventilated, dry, clean area with temperatures between -13℉-149℉(-25℃-65℃); ●Handle the battery carefully to avoid impacts or extreme pressure on the battery housing; ●Charge the battery at least once every 3~6 months to prevent it from overdischarge; ●Fully charge the battery when it is taken out of storage.
