I purchased and additional 6kWh battery from Off Grid Stores and everything is as described. No issues with the seller or delivery. Off Grid had the best price on an extra battery for my Delta Pro Ultra system at the time of my order. I purchased my system directly from EcoFlow becuase I had reservations about ordering it from Off Grid Stores because their prices seemed to good to be true.However, I thought I'd give them a shot for buying an additional battery. Now I wish I would gave purchased my whole system from Off Grid, because I could have saved a few hundred dollars extra. It's tough to know when prices are so good that it seems like a scam. Off Grid came through and now I know better. Hopefully this review will help someone else feel more comfortable in trusting to do business with Off Grid Stores.

EcoFlow Delta Ultra Battery - a great product

OffGridStores had the best price on an extra battery for my Delta Pro Ultra system. The battery was simple to integrate with the inverter and existing battery. You simply stack them and one plug connection and it is done. The system balances the batteries automatically. The price was great and good shipping. The delivery driver even helped me get the heavy (100+ lb) box inside my house. EcoFlow packages the product very well. I have used the system multiple times to power my dryer which requires around 6kw of power and the battery delivers that without breaking a sweat. I would purchase the product again and from OffGridStores

Great Service & Prices

I purchased four EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra batteries from Offgrid during EcoFlows promotional coupon period during the initial release for the DPU. I had a coupon and bought the DPU/one battery combination direct from EcoFlow.

EcoFlow then gave me a "special" price on extra batteries ($2,999.00).

If you did not have a coupon, EcoFlow was still offering discounts to others enabling the same purchase for only 300 more than coupon holders.

That is when I found Offgrid Stores. If I didn’t have that EcoFlow coupon, I could have purchased everything from Offgrid cheaper than anywhere else.

I paid $2,549.15 for each battery from Off grid - beating EcoFlows DPU repurchase direct discount by $150.00 each battery.

Offgrid savings were second however, to their service. They replied to thee e-mails very quickly and then sent updates for my order progress / shipping.

These batteries apparently were direct shipped from EcoFlow's warehouse in Texas - the same as the DPU unit I purchased direct from EcoFlow.

Offgrid is off the chart for both value and service.
