Resolution:
Once we receive a valid price match request, our team will review the information provided and verify the details. If the request meets all the eligibility requirements and the lower price is confirmed, we will adjust the price of the item for you via a Draft Order Invoice sent to your email or a coupon to match the competitor's price.
Please note that our decision regarding the price match is final. We reserve the right to deny any price match request that does not meet our policy's criteria or if we suspect any fraudulent activity.
