Temperature ranges for AC200MAX are: Charge: 0-40℃ (32-104℉); Discharge: -20-40℃ (-4-104℉); Storage: -20-40℃ (-4-104℉). Technically, it can power electrical devices under such situations, but please avoid charging it.

How do I know whether my appliance can work well with the AC200MAX?

Calculate the total wattage of your devices. AC200MAX should work if the load doesn't exceed its rated 2,200W.

How long can it run my device?

Running time = Battery capacity × DoD × η ÷ Device rated power DoD refers to Depth of Discharge and η is local inverter efficiency. For AC200MAX, both DoD and η are 90%. If you run a 1,000W microwave oven with it, the running time will be: 2,048Wh × 90% × 90% ÷ 1,000W ≈ 1.65hrs Note: 1) The formula is NOT suitable for inductive loads with compressors, like refrigerator, air conditioner, etc. 2) The above data is for reference ONLY.

No. Long-term placement will make the internal structure loose, it is recommended to place the machine upright.

I normally don’t leave reviews, but since this is a big investment, I will give my honest opinion. I’ll start off by saying five star for the off grid store service. Tom was very helpful with all my questions, thx Tom. Shipping and packaging was a great experience for me. I bought the package with the eight solar panels. I would not recommend this bc you have to do parallel connecting in order to charge the battery. It wouldn’t even work bc the solar panel cords are not long enough for eight panels. If you’re new to solar, stick with six panels. I also live in Michigan so take in consideration your climate before you think about purchasing this. I only have four consistent months out of the year where I can use this in case of an emergency. I specifically bought solar for emergency use only. I didn’t realize how sensitive Solar can be to the slightest bit of shade on one panel. If it hits shade on one panel and you do the solar in series it throws the whole thing off. You can’t get a reading on watt input while charging unless panels are in complete sun. I had a really difficult time with that because I had so many panels. I did however do a charge with 4 panels, and got a 345 input watt reading. It charged 10% in 30 minutes with prime time sun exposure, that’s a plus. Yes, I would recommend solar. It’s always nice to have back up, It’s just not nice for my state.
