Shipping & Handling Policy

We offer Free Shipping to the continental 48 United States on all BatteryEVO Products! Currently, we do not ship internationally nor do we ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US Protectorates, P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses.

Our BatteryEVO products are located in our warehouse in CA, and below details the estimated time it will take to receive your product/s after they ship:

  • For the East Coast, please expect delivery within 5 to 7 business days.
  • If you’re in the Central US, you can anticipate your package arriving in 3 to 5 business days.
  • For our West Coast customers, delivery is much faster, with packages expected to reach you in just 2 to 3 business days.

Our standard shipping process ensures swift order fulfillment, with packages typically dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours after the order is placed.

Because of the size of the batteries, most BatteryEVO items will be shipped via Freight and you will be contacted by the shipping company to set up a delivery date and time.

Returns & Refunds

Returns and exchange

Before returning the product(s), customers are required to take photographs of the item(s) being returned. These photos should be emailed to prior to initiating the return process. The images will enable BatteryEVO to hold the logistics provider accountable for any potential damages that may arise while the product is in transit.

For a secure return process, please ensure proper packaging of the battery. Please note that logistics carriers cannot be held responsible for inadequately packed batteries during transportation. To prevent damage during transit, kindly utilize the original box and foam inserts provided. If the original packaging is unavailable, please pack the product using the same safe and secure method in which it was initially received, using a box or pallet for secure transportation to our repair center.

Rest assured, BatteryEVO assumes complete responsibility for returning your repaired and/or replaced batteries. The transit will occur between your designated physical address and our authorized service center, conveniently located at 8335 Winnetka Ave unit 256 Winnetka, CA 91306

Returning Accessories

This Warranty encompasses a 30-Day replacement period for all accessories (such as Anderson connectors, wiring, chargers, etc.) included with your battery. Refunds will be granted for product returns that are not defective or damaged, with the refund amount based on the unit’s purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.

Return Hazmat Fee

Please be aware that due to shipping regulations governing lithium batteries, certain battery returns may require special documentation and packaging, potentially incurring extra fees if a battery return falls outside the scope of our Repair and Replacement Policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I connect this battery into my existing system?

Our product uses a standard 175A Anderson connector. A single battery order will include a 175A connector to Ring Terminal cable for ease of installation.

How many times can I put this battery in parallel/series?

This battery is not series capable but can be connected in parallel up to eight times. Make sure that the total amount of these batteries in your configuration never exceeds eight total batteries. When connecting batteries in parallel, make sure all batteries are within 1 volt of one another.

How long will my battery last, and what do I do at the end of its life?

Lithium-ion batteries can be cycled from 3000 to 5000 times. If you cycle the battery daily then you can get more than 10 years of use from your battery. When your battery is at the end of its lifespan, contact us and we'll recycle it for you, free of charge!

Can I connect into this battery's BMS to get extra info?

Our BMS is just there to keep your battery safe and healthy, it does not have the ability to network with any charge controllers or inverters for extra read-outs.

What is the warranty on this battery?

We offer a comprehensive 10 year warranty on all of our BatteryEVO batteries.
